Corporate General Manager
I became licensed as a broker in the State of North Carolina in 1978. I was the top listing agent in my marketing area, maintaining a listing inventory of 30 to 50 homes at all times. In 1983, I purchased a real estate company, franchised with Coldwell Banker and became the number two ranked company in my marketing area for seven years. During this time, I was appointed by the Governor to the North Carolina Real Estate Commission and reappointed for a second term.
I was very dedicated to community service having served on the Executive Committee and as a Director of the Chamber of Commerce of Wayne County. I also served as a Director and Vice Chairperson for the Wayne County United Way. During this time, I was a Director of the Wayne County Board of Realtors and President of the Multiple Listing Service. I received the prestigious Distinguished Visitor Award from the Base Commander at Seymour Johnson Air Force Base for outstanding community service.
In 1990, I completed the schooling to become a licensed Broker-In-Charge for the State of Virginia. I have over 26 years of real estate management experience and have received prestigious awards in both franchised and independent operations. As Corporate General Manager of CENTURY 21 Weaver & Associates, my first and foremost goal is exceptional customer service. I understand and appreciate the stress in relocating and feel that my 31 years of experience in this industry affords me the opportunity to exemplify extraordinary satisfaction to our many customers/clients through the like-minded real estate professionals on our team.
